I was brought to Queens by the LAS in December. It was the first time I had been to hospital for anything important regarding my health.
To say I was impressed by absolutely everything is an understatement. I can't thank all the staff enough including those I never met as I found the whole experience way above & beyond. Exceptional care by all those involved, good choice of food. Doctors who explained all, in fact after all the bad publicity the NHS gets, I was amazed. If I were giving a score out of 10 it would be 100. Please pass on my immense appreciation for the care & attention I received.
Another thing that impressed me was how well all the different nationalities got on seemingly working well together. It really restored my faith in the NHS & humanity.
