I have been visiting a relative at RVH over recent weeks .  I used the ladies toilets on the ground floor opposite shop . The toilets had just been cleaned . The level of cleanliness was exceptional and I just wanted to commend the lady who had just completed the cleaning and thank her . This high standard of cleaning made me feel confident that my relative was also experiencing this at ward level . ( I couldn’t do so at the time as she was working in the men’s block ) .
