I have been attending the Ophthalmology department for quite a few years for the treatment of branch retinal vein thrombosis of my left eye with complications.I have had laser ablation to the retina on a few occasions, with excellent results & with restoration of excellent visual acuity. The left eye is now stable.I am very grateful to the ophthalmology consultant who treated me , for the fantastic treatment & care I received from him, which allowed me to carry on with my job & all normal activities . I would recommend the Ophthalmology department & in particular the retinal clinic to anybody who needs this treatment.
