"5 star response at GP practice"

I was required to call for an urgent assessment of my daughter’s health, following weeks of concern regarding an ongoing cough. 

I just wanted to thank all of the staff that I dealt with today, from the lady who took my call first thing and to the two doctors who firstly triaged my call and then saw my daughter face to face. 

I felt listened to the entire time and my concerns were heard. Dr Fleming who saw my daughter was so compassionate in her approach (my daughter loved her!) and listened to her opinion as well as my own. I felt the plan made was well reasoned, with perfect explanation of why we were going to try the treatment suggested, with a further plan for follow up if this was not successful. For a mother who has been worried for a while, I felt very reassured and got a 5 star response from Calverton Surgery today. Thank you.
