"The nursing staff were very friendly and put me at ease"

About: New Victoria Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I recently attended for a Bronchoscopy.

The nursing staff were very friendly and put me at ease before my procedure. Dr Mike explained everything to me before the procedure and answered any questions I had.

The nurses in the theatre were friendly and one held my hand and kept talking to me throughout.

After the procedure the nurses in recovery took great care of me and took time to chat.

A big thank you to all the staff concerned.

Hi RMR,

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback.

I was pleased to hear your kind words regarding our nursing and medical staff and you felt well cared for.

It is important to us that right from the start that you felt support and felt heard.

I am proud of the work our Endoscopy team do on a daily basis so to hear this echoed by our patients is very encouraging. Thank you.

I have passed on your thanks to the team as positive feedback really means a lot.

Regards Margaret
