"Struggle to talk to anyone"

Daughter was diagnosed her and her consultant was brilliant, but since being referred back for medication over 8 months ago, I have been unable to speak to anyone. I have called to chase, phone lines have all changed, never get through to the right consultants department, voicemails are full, noone answers the calls, emails are just auto replying. It is the most frustrating system and 8 months down the line she is struggling so much now that it won't be long until she will be unable to attend school. I just don't where else we are meant to turn when the system is so broken.
