Wow! tremendous on-time, friendly and caring experience from Dermatology team of Dr. Erdal, Surgeon (relatable, friendly, clear information, focused care, and clean quick surgeries, also humorous) Alexandra (brought me from waiting area, friendly, engaging and made sure I was comfortable throughout procedure and while waiting for my ride in the waiting area afterwards, the cup of water was a kind gesture) Sharon & Charlotte who were highly competent, friendly and made sure I knew my name! 

Huge kudos also to Kelly, the secretary, whose communication skills and time management are superb. It was a pleasure to be cared for by her in advance of the procedures.
