About: North Devon District Hospital / Rheumatology

(as the patient),

Appointment @ Rheumatoid Clinic was in the morning, Monday 15 January.

Got held up on A39 due to a collision was detoured around Fremington. We were going to be about 1/2 hr. late, rang the clinic, was told to come on anyway.

Nurse met us said they would fit me in in 20 minutes, excellent treatment, Thank you.

Thank you so much for taking the time to feed back to us.

Traffic hold ups are a common occurrence in this area especially in the summer months. It is usually not anyone's fault that they are running late so we always aim to be as accommodating as possible in these situations. I am glad we were able to help you on the day.
