(as a service user),

I don’t even know where to begin with this part as I’ve suffered with my mental health for years and it’s slowly gotten worse. I also live with arthritis in my spine. Daily life for me is a struggle at the best of times. Sarah helped me in so many ways that I will be forever grateful. I don’t think I could have done the last few years without her.
