Dear hal24

I am so sorry to read that this has been your experience with the Bellshill Community Nursing Team. I am saddened to read that you feel our nurses failed to provide your relative with care and compassion. Nurses play a vital role in providing end of life care that should help alleviate and manage physical symptoms while providing much needed emotional support to the patient and their family at the most challenging of times. I am so sorry that this has not been your experience and would welcome the opportunity to discuss this with you in more detail. Please can you call 01698 759229 and leave your name and number for me so that I can call you back to discuss.

With best wishes

Elizabeth Briody
