About: Vale of Leven General Hospital / Fracture Clinic

(as the patient),

Following problem with right knee was referred to Fracture Clinic at Vale of Leven Hospital next day. Staff were excellent and made me fell at ease straight away. An MRI scan was requested at time of appointment and was carried out within a couple of weeks the results of which were given to me shortly after. The doctor was very pleasant and explained the results clearly in a manner I could understand.

I am delighted with the treatment I received from all the staff at the Fracture Clinic incl the receptionist!

I was pleased to read the care and treatment you received from the staff was to a high standard and you felt well cared for.

It was great to hear how the staff took the time to make you feel welcomed into the department and showed compassion and empathy throughout your stay.
