(as the patient),

Today I had a hysteroscopy at PRI, the team I encountered in the gynaecology unit were all superb!!  The person performing the hysteroscopy, Sara, and her support team were absolutely fantastic!!  

Everything was described and explained in great detail in a way I could easily understand.  I was made to feel at ease and treated with kindness and respect...the procedure wasn't unbearable..(gas and air helped 😀).... Something I had been dreading wasn't bad at all.

Can't thank them enough, lovely people!!
