Anything else?
The GP arranged for my daughter to go in and we went the AAU which bearing in mind she was in a lot of pain it took 3 hours to see a doctor and even after that a further 2 hours before any pain relief. No information from staff ,some of them did find time to swap shifts round though and a bed was found for her after turning someone out of it. She is still in the same ward which has no shower facilities only two sinks in two toilets which as she has a stoma is not expectable . We do not know when she will be moved to another ward as the hospital appears to be on red alert ,how has the NHS got into such a mess , something drastic needs to be done. Not enough staff ,poor care ,very bad facilities and a lack of information in fact I am concerned that the care she is receiving is sub standard and could lead to an decrease in her health not an improvement. .
