My mother got transferred from Salford Royal and was placed under the diligent care of nurse Errol who proved to be an absolute saint. This is but a small thank you to Errol for his kindness and professional care. Whilst juggling many demands from patients, his responsiveness was first rate and his warm and caring demeanour made a challenging experience more tolerable. I thought he was such a lovely person who greeted everybody with a smile. I owe so much to Errol for helping my mother at a very difficult time in her life. Top man and a credit to the NHS. Thank you Errol, you made a massive difference and couldn't do enough to help.
