"We couldn't have asked for greater understanding"

(as a friend),

My elderly friend has a condition that deteriorated rapidly and suddenly.

His partner was no longer able to meet his needs after he suffered several falls.

As a result of the paramedics attending him, the care team made contact promptly and visited to check on him. They continued to monitor him and visited several times.

They alleviated our worries, listened and were all very friendly.

I was kept up to date with what was happening at every stage until his discharge.

All in all, we couldn't have asked for greater understanding and care during this difficult time.
