About: Daisy Hill Hospital / Day Clinical Centre

(as a service user),

I had to be in Daisy Hill for late morning. My appointment was in the Day clinical centre. Someone from the clinic rang me this morning to direct me where to find the ward. I found the ward without any issues. I find the staff on the ward brilliant I have been made very comfortable during my wait before the procedure I am having done. It’s a nice relaxed environment. The hospital is nice and clean. My experience so far has been very good.

Thank you very much for this fantastic feedback. I have passed all on to my colleagues. Our ward clerk makes sure to ring every new patient to explain exactly where we are so she was very glad to have had this effort recognised. We are glad you had a comfortable stay with us and found the environment nice and relaxing as this is what we strive to achieve.
