About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / General Surgery (wards 19, 20, 24, 26 &29)

(as a service user),

I underwent surgery to reverse an Ileostomy. The treatment I received at the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley from the surgical and nursing staff was exceptional.

In particular, I'd like to mention Amy and the nurses in ward 24 for their unfailing dedication and good humour.

I am very grateful to our wonderful NHS.

I was pleased to hear you were happy with the care and treatment you received from our staff within the General Surgery Department of the Royal Alexandra Hospital.

It was very encouraging to hear how the staff took the time to make you feel comfortable and at ease before and after your surgery. This must have been a huge relief to you.
