About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Dermatology

(as the patient),

First time visiting Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley, usually visit Glasgow. 

From start to finish my whole experience was perfect. I found parking very easy and stress free. I was taken on time, and each staff member showed true compassion.

In particular the member of staff who removed two moles, her energy and personality put me at ease straight away, she kindly answered all my questions and kept me calm throughout the procedure which was also painless.

It was very pleasing to hear the care and treatment you received from our staff was to a high standard and you felt well cared for throughout your visit. This must have been a massive relief to you with it being a completely new setting for you.

I was also happy to hear the staff took the time to explain the process and answer any questions you may have had.

I will be delighted to pass on your thanks to the team who I'm sure will be touched to hear you had such a positive experience while under their care.
