(as a service user),

Went in to Vale of Leven hospital for surgery on my Achilles tendon/heel. 

“Service” from all the staff was outstanding from the outset. Kept me in the loop, explained everything to me numerous times - very helpful, caring and thorough. 

Post surgery care and assistance was spot on too - gave me plenty advice and guidance and the follow on appointments/sickline etc was ready for me leaving. 

Thanks to the staff for their care - brilliant.
