About: Older People’s Services / Hospital at Home Northern Sector

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

from start to finish an service was provided.  Clear updates and total understanding of elderly patient needs and anxiety from every member of the team who visited and cared for mum.  Outstanding service, invaluable for any patient who needs extra care but wants to remain at home.  Excellent update from pharmacist.  Thanks for all you do and the excellent care for mum.

Thanks for your feedback.

The team are highly trained in caring for the older patient group and look at them medically and psychologically taking all areas and worries into consideration.

The team pharmacist is excellent at her job and will review all current medication and provide new medications required.

I agree we provide excellent care at home and with more funding we would hope to expand the team in order to prevent admission to hospital for our older patients.

I will pass on your feedback to all the staff.
