"Nothing was too big of an ask - great service"

About: Maternity care (Ward 31) / Maternity care (Ward 31)

(as a service user),

I had my second baby via caesarean section in early January 2024. I wanted to make special reference to the day shift staff on duty on ward 31b on the two days after the birth who were outstanding.

With special reference to midwives Claire and Lesley. Nothing was too big of an ask and often thoughts and considerations were taken care of before I had even known I needed it. Great service.
