(as a service user),

Attended  Hairmyres day surgery , never been there before, just glad to be there for operation.  My first nurse contact was Mary, a brilliant first impression, pleasant, chatty and professional. Throughout my visit all the staff were similar,  could not fault anyone. Thank you. Later Mary showed me the way out, still smiling. Thank you again .
