A crew of 3 attended when our Dad was having difficulties breathing. They were amazing when dealing with my dad and took time to discuss what we as a family thought should happen next.
When the decision was made to take him to hospital they allowed my sister to accompany our dad. Unfortunately dad had a stroke on route and the crew were amazing when this happened.
Dad then had another stroke whilst in the emergency department and ended up being there for several hours.
We were so surprised when the crew came to see our dad later in the day. This small gesture was so appreciated by all our family and really showed what caring people they are.
We cannot thank this team enough and thankfully due to their professionalism we are going to have our dad home with us very soon.
