(as a carer),

A family member fell in the kitchen and hit back of head.  Attended ED in the morning and were well looked after by triage nurse Jane, and by other nursing staff we encountered.  However, Dr Waheed who supervised the patient's care went above and beyond in ensuring possible reasons for fall were investigated, and that there was no internal damage.  They took their time explaining everything to us, and quickly ordered further investigation when something concerned them. 

We left feeling reassured, well cared for and very positive about our experience.
