I originally asked for a referral for slight bladder incontinence. However during the year long wait from appointment, I also developed bowel incontinence. This distressing condition nearly reduced me to a nervous wreck. I was sufficiently distressed to lead me to pay for a private colonoscopy.
This showed no bowel disease and I was told to "go out and enjoy life". This was impossible, due to the constant worry of a "bowel accident".
Thankfully after seeing Kay at the Bingham Health Centre, I was able to follow her advice on withdrawing various foods and drinks over time which finally lead to me discovering that I am intolerant to yoghurt.
Kay gave me so much helpful advice on exercises to improve my bladder control and on the helpful HRT, which has made my life so much better. I cannot thank her enough.
"She gave me so much helpful advice"
