(as a relative),

My mother-in-law is 100 years old and has carers coming in 4 times a day. She is very pleased with the ladies who come in to help her and with the NHS Nurses who check up on her.

A nurse called Meryn comes and is so kind and friendly. My mother-in-law can't find any fault with her and says she's a lovely woman.

Thanks for all the caring folk who do their job so well.

PS Grandma has frustrations when visit times are changed (eg. 10am for breakfast)
