From start to finish CGL has been excellent.

My relationship with my worker Michelle, she was always there for me, giving me the right nudge and advice, advising me pre groups, i would not of coped with Park house without this.

Supporting me and my sister, family support.

Park house was excellent.

Acupuncture Steve and Dan as well.

Day Care now as well.

Again all CGL are excellent.

I’m Lydia and I am responsible for listening and responding to people’s feedback.

I am so glad that you have had such a positive experience of accessing our services.

It sounds like Michelle did an incredible job of ensuring you were linked in with all of the right support, especially prior to your stay in Park House. It is so important people are given the right advice to prepare for their stays in residential care, and well done for getting on board with this and giving it the commitment it needed.

It can be really challenging for family members to know how they can best support their loved one through a detoxification and into recovery, so it was great to hear that your sister was offered some support too.

It’s amazing to hear that you’ve since engaged with our Acupuncture sessions and on our Day Programme to continue working on your recovery and that they have also been helpful to you. I hope you continue to use this support for as long as you need it.

I will make sure Michelle, Steve, Dan and staff from Park House and our Day Programme get to read the feedback you have left, and I am sure they will all hugely appreciate the praise you have given to them.

I hope you feel really proud of everything you have achieved, and that you are aware that without your own determination and commitment to change, none of your progress would have been possible.
