"The process for treatment!"

About: NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service)

(as a service user),

Chest infection and called NHS 111.

Held for 90 minutes and finally got through at 10:30pm. Advised a call back. Being unwell I was called at 3am and again at 6:30am. Missed the calls and now need to start the process again!

How can you expect unwell people to stay awake in the middle of the night.
