Personally, I have always found them to be very helpful and accessible - have never felt rushed and have always been able to see nurse/doctor when needed and felt confident in the treatment received.
The pressure that the receptionists are under from people needing help can be extreme at times but all do their very best to assist
and if on occations things cannot be dealt with immediately they have been dealt with as soon as possible.
