"Staff attitude"

About: Rampton Hospital

(as a service user),

I am not happy with a member of staffs' attitude towards me. Every night I go to sleep, I want them to the light the floor with the torch instead on using the night light and the torch on my face. I suffer from PTSD having grown up in a war zone, with many flashes of explosions. The team know about this and they are still ignoring my requests. Today I had a meeting with the member of staff responsible and they displayed arrogance and disdain towards me. I would like this to be resolved and for them to respect my wishes. This happens frequently on one day towards the end of December. I feel at my wits end and need support.
