"Words cannot express my sincere gratitude"

About: Antrim Area Hospital / Accidents & Emergency Antrim Area Hospital / Ward C4 Male Surgical

(as the patient),

Following a crash on my MX bike I attended Antrim area hospital, the staff realising I wasn’t in great shape fast tracked me into the resuscitation facility and began a detailed investigation of my injuries. The level of attention from the medical staff was exemplary, the doctors whose shifts were due to finish at 10.00pm carried on attending to me until the early hours of the morning.

Commitment beyond belief!

The following morning I was transferred to Ward C4 where yet again the level of care was of the highest standard, fantastic attentive staff always with a smile despite the long shifts and patient demands, nothing was a problem to them. So good was the care that one week after being admitted I was deemed well enough to be discharged.

Words cannot express my sincere gratitude to all those who helped me through this difficult period.

Pleased to hear from you and nice to know that my comments have been passed on to the staff. Happy to advise that the healing is going well and the fracture unit has now discharged me. With a bit more time and a good exercise program I’ll hopefully be back to normal soon. Thanks again.
