I am on a waiting list to join a local dental practice when I experienced significant pain and thought it was probably an abscess. I couldn't access help either NHS or privately in the immediate area so I contacted Broxden Dental.
I was given an appointment later the same day. I was seen promptly by friendly, professional staff. I was examined and given treatment options and advice.
I returned the following day to have the tooth removed. Again all the staff, from reception to the clinical staff were very kind and helpful.
I felt I was given good advice, everything was explained clearly and staff treated me with kindness and respect. I am very grateful for the emergency care especially given the difficulties with NHS dentistry at present.
"Very grateful for the emergency dental care"
