(as the patient),

I was experiencing pain in my right knee and the doctor recommended a visit to the physio dept.

Adam, the physio who treated me was excellent.  Adam explained everything in detail advising me of exercises that may solve the pain in my knee.

I left the surgery confident in the information provided to me.
