"All very straightforward"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Dermatology

(as a service user),

I arrived at the clinic a little early and the receptionist was very friendly. I only had to wait for a short time to see Ben. He was friendly and professional and asked a few questions. Once the lesion had been examined, he told me what would happen next. All very straightforward and put me at ease.
