"The midwives in level 2 outpatients"

About: The Princess Royal Maternity Unit / Maternity Outpatients

(as the patient),

After a scary birth experience with my first baby ending in an emergency Caesarean section, my plan for this pregnancy was to have a more natural birth.

I was seen in the princess royal for most of my care.
I was seen my predominantly by 3 midwives in the outpatients department Miya, Harleigh and Erin. These women couldn’t be more helpful along with the doctors in providing me with the help and services I needed during and after the birth of my son. Erin was able to point me in the direction of the physiotherapist in order to try help my pelvis, which I had no idea was an option. Nothing was ever too much hassle for these midwives. I Wish I could thank everyone individually for their help and support, guiding me to make the safest and best choice for my family.
Thanks you all, you do a great job   x

Dear BabyMum01

Firstly may I congratulate you and your family on the birth of your son. Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback about the care you have received from our midwives and doctors in the Outpatient department at the PRM.

I will ensure that your kind words are shared with Erin, Miya and Harleigh and the rest of the staff. They will all be delighted to know that the care and information they provide has meant you have felt supported and guided during your pregnancy.

May I take this opportunity to wish you and your family well for the future.

Best wishes

Elaine Drennan
