When I fell pregnant at a young age it was Loads of emotions and it was such an experience. My family nurse at the time was great but left to start an adventure somewhere else.

My daughter hasn’t been 100% with her health since she’s been born. With being in intensive care at 10 months old to every day visits at the gp,, daily medication and weeks stays in the hospital.

I was struggling with my emotions but My family nurse jane has been absolutely brilliant in supporting me, my daughter and even my family. Jane goes up and beyond for us.

I’m sad that my time has come to leave this partner ship as jane has been truly amazing. I appreciate her loads.

I am absolutely delighted to hear how much you have valued having a Family Nurse and working with Family Nurse Partnership over the past 2 years. And it must have been difficult for you to be transferred to another Family Nurse after having built up a relationship with another nurse - but it appears to have been a positive transition for you all.

I am so sorry to hear how poorly your daughter has been over this time - that must have been completely overwhelming and concerning for you. But I am pleased that you found Jane 's support for you and your family a huge help at this time.

I will share your message with Jane - she will be really touched by your kind words.

I want to wish you and your daughter every happiness and good health for your future together.
