As an ongoing patient I wish to express my thoughts on the care I have received since day one.

I am currently a patient at the physio gym and am writing this now as my physiotherapist will be leaving early next year. Fiona is an outstanding member of this amazing team her support has been tremendous I will miss her greatly.

My care commenced in May when I was recovering from a Trimalleolar Ankle Fracture with Dislocation. Louis cared for me at the fracture clinic and got me a place at the Gym. He was very understanding of my situation as he himself went through an ankle inquiry and understood my pain and despair.

I honestly do not know how I would have been without this service. I have been treated not just for my physical rehabilitation but also in dealing with the trauma suffered as a result of the accident.

The care I received has been exceptional and beyond my expectations and as a result of this I feel more confident in my recovery for the future.

Your post has been shared with Louis, Fiona and the Physiotherapy Senior Management Team and they are delighted that you are happy with the care you received.. It is good for staff you hear positive outcomes about the care they give.
