Hi there

With regards to the comment 'more interaction between Hub and Doctors' This is interesting as I am not clear what interaction between Hub and Doctors means. Is that Inclusion medical staff or GP's and Inclusion hubs.

Whoever posted this please contact me on anne.johnson@mpft.nhs.uk so that we can bottom out what improvements you would like to see.

Currently there are good levels of communication between Inclusion Medical Staff Hubs Key Workers and GP's. It might not seem that way as we must adhere to confidentiality and these communications are usually person specific.
