About: The National Complex Mesh Surgical Service Outpatients (New Victoria Hospital)

(as the patient),

On attending my appointment l was treated with respect and spoken too care. Dr Tyagi and Nurse Janice were lovely at all times and l am grateful to them both for their knowledge and kindness. It put my at ease and l felt l could ask questions without being nervous in doing so. Thank-you both very much.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback on Care Opinion.

I was glad to hear the care and treatment your received from Dr Tyagi and Janice was to a high standard and you felt well cared for and able to ask questions.

It was very heart warming to hear how the staff took the time to make you feel comfortable and reassured during your time in the urogynaecology department.

I will be sure to pass on your thanks to the staff who I'm sure will be touched to hear you had such a pleasant experience.
