I had seen my GP about a lump on my crotch. I was advised that it was a harmless “benign naevus” and, while I did believe them, decided to go to the walk-in centre for peace of mind.

All the staff there were extremely friendly and accommodating, and they gave clear and thorough explanations of their tests. Their approachable and jovial attitude really made all the difference, and I would recommend them to absolutely anyone.
