"My experience with the Long COVID Service"

I have been engaging in the Long COVID Service in Glasgow NHS GGC.  

I have been so impressed with the team of different therapists providing and conducting this service to a group of patients like myself on Microsoft Teams.  They provide fantastic awareness through slides, information, tips and techniques to encourage self help and engage with the guests/patients throughout.  This lasted for 8 weeks and the service is amazing, extremely supportive and helpful.  I have never had the pleasure to be part of such an amazing service before and found the team so professional, empathetic, knowledgeable and genuinely caring. 

These therapists are very special people and have helped me to apply life changing techniques. 

I would like to thank them all so much for my lovely experience.  I have also received amazing support on a one to one basis from a dedicated Occupational Therapist who is part of this team.  

I will miss these sessions now and Thank you so much GGC for providing it.
