The health visitors in the Newtownards area hosted 3 parent and baby classes. As a first time parent it was brilliant to have these classes. It brought together babies who were all about the same age so it gave me the reassurance that I wasn’t alone with other parents going through the same stages. It let me learn a lot from the other mothers as well as the health visitors. Plus it was lovely to see the babies have a shared space to play. I wish there was more than 3 classes in a set.
