About: NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde Royal Alexandra Hospital / Dermatology

(as a service user),

I received a cancellation appt for 9am for growth on my left leg. I was seen by doctor May, who advised that I would need surgery but due to location  of growth she  would let the Consultant Surgeon Eleanor make the decision as to how much was to be removed. The surgeon put me at ease and explained why and what she recommended be done.  Operation was completed there and then .

We hear so much about poor service within our NHS , in my experience the service provided by everyone from the moment I arrived to  when I left was first class.
