"Horrible every single time "

Have had a bad experience almost every time I come here. Have spent two weeks trying to get an appointment and finally got one today because the online booking system shows no appointments at all well into january however there are appointments available

The dr I saw to me referred me to a cancer specialist however the referral seemed to contain mostly information about my “medicated depression” which this practice did not diagnose or treat me for. I was also asked what my name was halfway through the consultation

Really really appalling, pathetic level of service

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for taking the time to post - I hope that your diagnosis and treatment since your appointment has gone well. As our appointments system serves both those who need a GP as well as a nurse or HCA, and those with both urgent and routine issues, we do have a variety of appointments available. We also are reachable via electronic consult (PATCHS) as well as telephone and face to face. The reception team can help to guide you to the most appropriate appointment. Recognising that the demand is high we also have neighbouring teams who can offer evening and weekend appointments. Best, Dr McLaughlin
