About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Nuclear medicine (diagnostics)

(as a service user),

On a visit to the Nuclear medicine department at Queen Elizabeth hospital Glasgow ,the care we received from Lauren was warm and friendly.   Throughout our wait Lauren was so welcoming to the patients attending their appointments.  It makes such a difference that there is a friendly face and a smile from the staff.

Dear Marie246

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback on Care Opinion.

I was pleased to hear you were met with a smile and a welcoming attitude from our staff when you attended your Nuclear Medicine appointment.

Hospitals can be a daunting place at the best of times so to hear you were met with such open arms was very heart warming.

I will be happy to pass on your thanks to Lauren and the team who I'm sure will be touched to hear she was able to make your appointment that little easier.

Kind regards

Kevin
