(as a service user),

I arrived at RCHT on time and was immediately taken to the Gynaecological dept. where I was met by Chris who throughout reassured me as I was very anxious .Everything was clearly explained to me and Miss  Lone also detailed everything she was to do .In the room were also Jacky &Nicky who undertook their relevant roles very efficiently. My details and the .Equipment was checked in and the procedure began.

I was chatted to the whole time constantly checked to ensure I was ok  and it was- all over. I was amazed it was  so quickly completed and I hardly felt a thing. The equipment was again checked and that was it...

Thank you to the team led by a very expert Miss Lowe. You made it so easy. Thank you ladies you were  all  great...I had to stay to ensure I could pass urine efficiently ,that took a while but  in approx. 3 hours I was home ….I would reassure anyone else that I worried about nothing ....The staff were confident, competent, reassuring and Happy. A credit to RCHT

I am pleased to see that everything was explained to you and that you were reassured during a very anxious time. It is great to see that throughout your procedure, the staff members with you ensured you were okay and that it was completed quickly.
