(as a service user),

I have asthma and possible COPD and i lost my dad in 2022 to the same thing and i didn't want to end up the same way. The help and support i received helped me with every step of quitting and i know now for sure i wouldn't go back to smoking.

The health benefits aside, i don't smell from smoking and my taste buds have returned! I couldn't have done it without the support of my counsellor though and i am so thankful that i made it with her help!
