Following a stent insertion in the Royal Hospital I was transferred back to ward 3c in the Ulster Hospital. (I had initially presented at Ulster Hospital A&E with chest pains) My after care was absolutely superb but I must give special mention to a young man whom I regard as an exceptional employee.
His name is Daryll and he is a Domestic Assistant on the ward. Daryll introduced himself on my arrival on the ward and throughout my stay was, apart from being highly efficient,(he has a great eye for detail) appropriately courteous, friendly, hard working and professional at all times.
A gentle presence, he brought a calm yet positive aura with every visit. Daryll is a great asset to the Patient Experience in the Ulster Hospital.
