About: Gartnavel General Hospital / Elderly Medicine (wards 2a, 2b, 2c, 3a, 3c, 4c, 5c, 6a, 8a & 8c)

(as a carer),

Hazel head of entertainment and activities  has asked me to complete this feedback form for ward 8c in gartnavel glasgow.

I don't live here I live abroad but face time mum every day to ensure she is OK. I often talk to hazel also who looks after mum with tea, a cuppa, a smile makes her smile and doesn't stop taking also playing bingo. Jackie is great also never ending smile  

Thanks so so much and I hope all the staff get special recognition in 8c gartnavel anniesland

I was delighted to hear the care and treatment your mum has received from our staff has been to a high standard and she has felt well cared for.

It was great to hear how Hazel has looked after your mum and kept her entertained within the ward often playing bingo with her. This must be a massive relief to you with you living abroad.
