"Fantastic staff at Crosshouse Gynaecology"

On arriving at Crosshouse as always it was a warm welcome in the gynecology department. 

This time I was there to see the physiotherapy team. I met with both Leanne and Lisa who were outstanding in their care of me, so professional but very down to earth ladies who made me feel at ease. The way they explained things was fantastic, in layman's terms so I could completely understand everything we spoke about. These two girls are am absolute credit to this already amazing team who I have been under the care of for a few years.

Between them and my doctor I feel in safe hands, trust is a huge thing for me after in the past being mesh injured & misled by the team involved. This was well documented in my case records, and a review commissioned by the Scottish Government.

Keep up the good work Crosshouse, your ethics and values shine through, just as the team I saw in the USA. This truly does restores faith in patients like myself who have sadly had to deal with healthcare that has not been up to standard in the past.
